Big disappointment about airport shuttle being advertised on Expedia website when booking, but checking in we were told that due to COVID-19 the shuttle is not operating and we need to call a taxi, it was so frustrating, why is it so hard to sanitize the shuttle after every 5 mins trip to the airport? The hotel was dead... they had only a few guests, the shuttle won’t be packed, that was for the the worst with the bite being 1.5 kms from the airport.Taxi is not expensive, money was not the issue, but having to call and wait for a taxi, waste of time.

I love staying at the Hampton Inn. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms and amenities are great. Love having the option to rent a movie thats still in theatres as well. Highly recommend!
