Vwry poor handling of invoice
Very poor service regarding handling of invoice. First, hotel asked for full payment upon checkin, then would not print invoice accordingly. Then they advised by letter to all guests that 2 invoices would be printed due to system change. Then when i asked for first invoice midway through stay, staff advised wait for checkout. Then at checkout only 1 nights invoice could be printed with no access to old system. Gave email address and sent reminder email to send full invoice, no action. Unacceptable handling of this process, as hotel knows invoice is mandatory for business guests.
