Perfect location esp for doing the hike
Great location and service. This hotel is a must stay if one plans to do the Torres Paine base hike as the hike starts from there. Agreed, the condition could be improved but we were for the hike, and the location was excellent and the food, service was not bad considering it’s in the middle of a national park. Would totally recommend

Awesome place - beautiful natural surrounding, convenient for hiking and super staff. Just quite expensive, but better than driving in-out of park each day

The property is in the center of the park. Important trails start from the Hotel. Nice breakfast. Bit expensive, but well worth if you plan to hike Mirador del Torres. TDP park is 1-2 hours from Puerto Natales, not easy to commute if you plan multiple days in TDP.

Great location but awful room which was beyond basic and had food all over the carpet on arrival. Staff and communal areas are great, but that doesn't compensate for the extortionate prices when the room was so poor

Great location for Base of Towers but overpriced
Great location as it is the start point for the hike to the Base of the Towers, but as it’s the only hotel in the area it’s overpriced. Rooms are quite basic, but staff were very friendly and attentive. Restaurant uses organic vegetables grown there which is a nice touch. Overall worth staying for 1 or 2 nights if you’re doing the hike and have the budget. It’s a tough hike (bring trekking poles) so it helps being able to start fresh and fuelled by staying at the hotel.

Location was amazing! Great hikes in the area but overall hotel was disappointing compared to others we stayed at inside the park- service was okay, the spa was disappointing and the adventures were not available, depended on others signing up. Room was small but fine and the bar staff was not helpful- had to flag them down for everything :/

Can’t handle rains...
Location of the property is fantastic! There were heavy rains when we visited and potable water was cut. I realize they can’t control the weather, but for what they charge a night, they should have contingency plans for the guests. One expects things like this from a cheap hostel, not a place like this. We didn’t get the value we paid for.

Closest hotel choice to Torres base
If you are heading up to the Torres base, this is the closest place you’ll get to start your journey. Its pricey for what it is, but I guess the location demands that. Service was good and rooms good, but slightly dated.
