Oasia Hotel Downtown Singapore (SG Clean)

Club Lounge was small so get pretty full easily, if you come later you will have to sit around the pool. For the cocktail session, if you are in the second seating, you will not be able to get a sit in the lounge as they do not ask the guest from the first sitting to leave. you are required to book for your pool slots(to swim in the pool only) but the swimming pool area is open for all club members to access, thus you will see people sitting around the benches along the pool taking photos etc. Overall experience was not as good as what I would expect. I have been to Oasia Novena before and the experience there was fantastic. This was far from that. You do not enjoy the privacy as a Club guest that much, the public will be able to access the club floor simply by luck because the lift that serves the main hotel does stop at the club floor. Don't be alarmed if you saw some lost sheep wandering around taking photos.

Booked a club room and the experience was amazing. A seamless check-in and well maintained club facilities. One thing that can be improved is probably the breakfast and the canapes during the happy hour. The variety is a bit limited I feel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! The room was reasonably size with a comfortable bed and closet. Do remember to draw the curtains as it is easy to look in. However, some general upkeeping is needed - a panel actually dropped out in the toilet with just a bump. Housekeeping team is very sincere on making your stay a good one but they need to take note not to use the same cloth to clean the toilet bowl and the buttons/counter top. And they need to be careful when washing the toilet bowl as the bath towels are next to it;p Overall, a decent enough stay!

Great convenient location. Fast room service. More of a business hotel than a staycation hotel

We got the club room for 2 nights. Room: confusing??? The bed and shower were nice but the room is designed in a weird way. There’s an entire chunk of the room that’s just “ there” - no furniture/purpose just there... it’s a bit odd. The room faced the pool which isn’t fantastic and you need to ensure that the night curtains are tightly closed (good luck) otherwise you’ll be giving a nice show to the people at the pool... Club access - very poor benefits/value. You’re asked to schedule your happy hour and breakfast slots yet there’s no point... - Happy hour be prepared to wait 40mins for the smallest hors d’œuvre and sub par drink options. There’s only 1 person in charge (poor guy was trying his best but couldn’t keep up) the entire club area inclusive of the pool area and we waited well over 40mins after ordering every time. We ordered chardonnay and cheese both time and both time only got the cheese and the server kept thinking we had ordered cocktails... highly dissatisfied - Club Pool - it has a nice decor but it’s a far cry from an infinity pool : condo pools are probably at the same level if not better Redeeming factors: service staff seems genuinely wanting to give the best service but their swamped. Overall will definitely not come back. This is probably one of the worst staycation experiences

Great location in the heart of Tanjong Pagar. Surrounded by other high rise buildings, so don't expect unobstructed views or a fancy infinity pool. Rooms are very comfortable

The Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The lounge area was clean and windy to chill quietly. Location is great away from the hustle bustle yet convenient to Orchard/VivoCity/Marina Bay Gardens. Nearby to convenient stores 7-11, Fairprice/Coldstorage Supermarket and the awesome Jap supermart Don Donki. Near to great dining places and speakeasy bars and great cafes. Compliments to Hotel Manager Isnawati, and Vilcent who were very helpful. We even extended our stay and booked for another date!

Love the room and the club lounge area. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back here again!

Comfortable stay, polite & friendly staff. Stayed in the Club room so breakfast was served at the Club lounge. Not many guests during this period so it was very quiet and relaxing. Went for birthday staycay and a little kit & cupcake was given to me, service was good!
