Front desk staff were not friendly and acted like they were bothered to help you.You have to pay for internet even with really high room prices. You can get free internet if you are Rewards member. I am a member, but could not get help to enter the info to get the free internet. At check in, the desk clerk was busy with one customer for almost 15 minutes, while keeping the people in line waiting. Rooms were nice, but expensive. With the problems mentioned, the hotel needs to improve their quality especially at the prices they are charging.
