    Terrible service

    Was refused entry to the hotel because I was booked in the “incorrect wing”. when booking on hotels.com yiu are not given an option to choose a wing so imposssible to avoid. Staff would only speak to me over phone, avoid this hotel and stay in aero city

    NO REST HOTEL

    A valid International Airline Boarding Pass for onward journey is mandatory to access the International Wing. They rejected me right away and said I could not get in when I showed me international boarding pass. The personnel was so rude and would not want me to see their name tag. Holiday Inn express Delhi airport is an scam. They would not cancel my reservation either. After 4 hours finally trying to get another hotel the personnel at airport information came to hotel desk and got me a room for the night. Hotels.com should compensate me for fall information.

    Disappointing

    We were not able to use our booking as we were refused entry into the hotel. This hotel is only for individuals in transit and our money got wasted. We were made to wait for half an our at the airport departure entry before anyone would even come out to attend or talk to us!

    Inside the airport hotel

    All travelers need to know that you cannot check into this hotel earlier than 12 hours before your flight is leaving. There are NO signs for the hotel and once you enter, you cannot leave until time for your flight. I recommend removing it from hotels.com.

    Arriving at 21.00 pm from Chicago at New Delhi , After collection of luggage surprisingly person available to guide hotel as it is in Terminal 3 , no need of cab just 5 minutes in hotel reception , very convenient to get early morning flight which I had at 07.05 am , effortless service and convenient as airport hotel

    Stay here only of there is no other choice

    The airport is inside the T# terminal of Delhi airport. One needs to go through many security loops to reach the airport which is understandable. However, there is only one person responsible for guiding all the guests and so this happens in batch mode with multiple guests and so it took 2 hours in the middle of the night after a long flight just to reach the reception desk. Then the room that was given had not air-conditioning and so the room needed to be changed. Wake up call was 30 mins late.
