Their service was not what I expected! They did not have enough water in the room, not even in the mini bar. I asked them for a bottle of water even to be charged on my room but still they did not deliver and I had go out to buy it myself!

Very basic room decor but does exactly what you need for a nice stay - bed was very comfortable. Only thing missing was a hair dryer, but the coffee machine is a nice touch.

Me and partner have just spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved it! We arrived early for check in but they had our room available straight away and even offered us free biscuits at arrival. The hotel was so clean and quiet was a lovely stay! We also received 2 free drink vouchers Which was a lovely touch. The hotel was in a nice location just 15mins out of the centre on the tram. The facilities were great, free ping pong, pool and foosball and also a relaxing television area, everybody was so friendly and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful! We stayed in a suite with a queen side bed, the room was emasculate. Bed was so comfy and loved the bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was amazing would definitely be returning!

It was abright unique environment. Despit the 24/7 set up o which is very useful if you have an early flight, once in your room it is very quiet.
