Great location
Tiny rooms but great service and area. Convenient to public transportation.

It was a total nightmare for 5 reasons: 1: Horrible service. They charged us 3000 yen (30 US $) for a card we lost. Didn't even give us a receipt for it. 2: Refused to keep our luggage for few days the time we go to Kyoto for a trip in the temples. (it was just the way they told us, that bugged me. There was no regret, no help offered, no suggestions) They wanted us to go to Kyoto with all our luggage by subway and shinkansen. My parents are over 60 years old. 15 minutes after negociation, they offered us to send it to the airport to store it through a service they have. Why not offered before? 3: We ask them to turn on the AC, they said they couldn't because the season changed and now apparently the whole AC system was switched off. Our room was litteraly like an oven. 4: Rooms are extremely small and overprice. I had to jump over my mom's bed to reach the toilet. 5: Equipment are cheap. Carpets are not clean like they look on the website. This place was litteraly a nightmare. They staff are half Chinese, Korean and Russian so there was a communication and service problem. Japan is known for its great service to customers. I cannot believe I paid 1000cnd$ for 2 nights. Only good thing was the area. It's not a hotel, it's like an upgraded motel, everything is small. It's not like if you would go to a big chain like Hilton or Sheraton, but they charge you the same price. Just a place to AVOID.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids were excited about the treats we got when we checked-in. Check in and out were both very fast. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were many amenities supplied in the room.

Boutique hotel in center of Tokyo
We had a "family room" which gave us each a bed - our son loved the bunk bed he slept in. Room was small, but typical for center of Tokyo. Breakfast was a bit minimal, but what we expected from a smaller, boutique-style hotel. But everything else was state of the art and we took full advantage of the laundry facilities.
