Tiny room, weird layout- very cramped overall. No stairs in the facility and slow elevators. No workout room. Front desk was particularly stingy with printer paper when I needed to print a 3-page document. Good breakfast tho, and great area surrounding it.

Not what was expected or advertised!
First of all, we booked a stay at the Grand Akasaka but were actually roomed across the street in their annex called Centurion Vintage. This was never communicated beforehand. Second, the room was nothing like what was advertised online. The room was incredibly small and tight, and part of the reason we booked this hotel was because the room size was expected to be larger. I don't know if this was due to being annexed to a different hotel, but it was disappointing overall. The staff came in to clean the room multiple times but failed to make the beds and only changed the towels, which was really odd and didn't meet expectations. When we needed help, the staff was quick and courteous. For example, extra towels, directions around town, or coming in to solve A/C problems and help us convert the thermostat controls to English - those were the only praises I have for the hotel itself other than being located in a central and busy area making it easy to find food, entertainment and the subway.

Nice hotel in center of Tokyo. The rooms smell smoky from smokers, but otherwise, nice place. Very limited breakfast options. The desk staff was awesome and helpful.
