Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Landscaping and parking lot has lots of goat head thorns everywhere and some trash in the landscaping. Front desk attendant was friendly and professional. Quiet room with big tv. Good overall.

Front desk persons Philip and Chloe were wonderful, very responsive, helpful and friendly. The room was great very clean large well appointed. The breakfast lady was extremely efficient, very nice, and very responsive. It was the best breakfast we've had at a hotel on our 5 week trip and we're headed home to Tucson Arizona today. I reserved a room online. We called the hotel let them know we would be arriving late. We encountered severe storms in Arizona and closure for a car accident. We arrived late morning after driving 10 hours and we told by reception that he placed our reservation as no show! I told him we called. He stated he thought we weren't coming. I asked him what was policy to call customer as courtesy and find out it they were still on the way. He stated he didnt know policy. We had to pay for another room. We purchased travelers insurance for room. Holiday Inn property manager DENIED our refund for online reservation. Beyond Disappointed.

Mixed. You get what you pay for.
Pool closed. It was greeeen. Looked like the pool closed sign has been at front desk for a while. Not sure if or when they’ll reopen it. When I mentioned disappointment at the pool being closed at check in she offered right away we could arrange a full refund even though we booked third party. Fam was bummed that breakfast didn’t have meat options or fresh cut fruit. They said tots and eggs weren’t hot. I was fine with the options. We used the gym since it was a long drive from Texas and it was so hot in there. Like ac wasn’t working. And there were no wipes to wipe down equipment. Rooms cooled great though, spacious and beds were comfortable. And it was quiet aside from the ac making some weird noises. Weird room across from us that was made into a storage room but had no door handle so our kids could have easily gone in there. All in all it was nice to have 2 rooms for the six of us to have our own bed. Wasn’t connected but next door and on the first floor. Not sure we would stay again though cuz it was sketch and not super clean and my allergies and asthma were acting up really bad. Looked like there was mold in the bathroom too. (Rooms 106 and 108)
