One window in our suite would not stay open & no AC. Breakfast was so so. Barely warm toast and overcooked fried eggs. Hosts were very gracious and helpful. Great location.

Susan and her husband are super hosts. I appreciated the cleanliness of the entire house: all guests must take off their shoes at the entrance and I saw a Dyson in action every morning. Superlative breakfast cooked by the owners who are always ready to serve you extra food/beverage if wished: we stayed there 3 days and everyday we found something different to taste. Great position Just 10 mins walking from the Falls and from WeGo bus (it takes to all main attractions and to the megabus station)

Location was within walking distance of the falls, and in a safe neighborhood. Rooms were very clean, somewhat older, but comfortable. The yard was lovely. Susan was a gracious hostess, made us a nice breakfast of scrambled eggs ad German pancakes. Parking may be crowded during busy times, but we were the only guests that day.

This hotel was comfortable as if it was my home. The location was great so I could go nigara falls and rainbow bridge by walk in not a long time. Most of all, the host was like family and the breakfast was home-style cooking by the great host.

This is the second time i have stayed here and would do so again and again! Susan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and a fantastic cook! It was literallya 15 minute walk to the falls and in a nice quite neighborhood.

We enjoyed our 3 nights at Susan’s B&B. The rooms were perfect for us and it was located within easy walking distance to the Falls. Susan and Edward were friendly and we always enjoy meeting new people around the breakfast table. If we were to return someday, we would try Susan’s place first!

Very nice experience! Susan and Edwin are super friendly people having a nice property. Super clean (I almost couldn't believe). Easy assess. Great breakfast. Location is amazing too. Very close to Clifton Hill. Really quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended.
