Worst experience
We booked this hotel through Orbitz which clearly mentioned breakfast as included. But to our surprise at the time of check in the hotel staff informed us that breakfast was not part of our package. We felt like cheated and all our efforts to resolve the matter through Orbitz were in vain. Moreover transportation to haram was overcrowded and for sure hotel condition and facilities doesn't deserve more than two star.

Nice hotel with a close distance to holy Mecca
I really enjoyed my stay in Al Jaad Mahbas Hotel. Many thanks to Mr. Abbasi ,manager of the hotel for being a very nice and understanding host. I was delighted by the hospitality and kind approach of the reception and restaurant staff. Buses are around and available. However,I was always happy to get a taxi only for 10 SAR ; While it only take 1:30 - 2:00 minutes to take you to the holy Kaaba .finally, I'd like to thank the nice driver of the hotel for taking me to the airport on time and safely. I will definitely book the same room in this hotel on my next trip to Mecca.( if available ;) ).

Great for Umara goers
it was amazing closeness to Alharam was the main objective of staying and the bus shuttle made it even easier to go forth and back! I would go back there anytime. The desk service was great and the breakfast was wonderful.

Room is clean. Tea and coffee refill was not provided, only at arrival. Breakfast was great. Iron was not there. Price was reasonable. TV channels were very limited and some of them were not functioning

A home away from home
The overall atmosphere was very quiet and pleasant, room and toilet were well maintained. the greatest plus point is the shuttle service given to the tenant of the hotel to the Holy Haram throughout the clock, enjoyed my short stay hope that will be able to stay for a longer period. the only thing which we felt missing was good restaurants and cafeteria nearby.
