I like the contemporary look of the hotel. I did not like that there is no room service, and no microwave. There was a long strand of hair on the bed when I entered. The breakfast was horrible and should not be served to anyone.

This was the second time we stayed at this property and we did so because of its proximity to Prudential Center. Last time we came, they had this wonderful restaurant on the ground floor and we loved the breakfast. This time the restaurant and club upstairs were closed even though the listing said they existed. The rooms are nice enough and the beds are comfortable, but without the restaurants this place is nothing special. I would recommend this place if you are checking in before an event and checking out the next day without wanting to go anywhere else as the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired.
