Absolutely Awful
i was in a shock when i reached the place. There is some kind of renovation going on in the hotel but that is no excuse for what I went through. Firstly the small lobby area and the area leading to the lift is in total shambles. I was given a room with jacuzzi but the jacuzzi tub was as soon as u enter the room. I was wondering who puts a jacuzzi in the bedroom as soon as u enter the room. There was a terrible stench eminanting from the jacuzzi. If that was not enough the shower had a problem with its thermostat. It either gave cold water with little pressure or real hot water. That was the worst shower of my life. Finally after all this the bed the pillows and the blanket were stinking. The only good part about this place was thier breakfast and thier location close to the railway station. Other then that there is nothing worthy about this place

Do not book this hotel
This hotel should be removed from this website. I arrived at the golden hotel which is a horrible hotel. They told me i had booked at sister hotel called the Eurasia hotel which is so far the taxi drivers had no idea how to find it. To make matters worse, at check out they made me pay cash for a room that I was already charged for even after showing them my receipt and my bank draft paying. I told them i was not paying twice and got in a taxi to the airport and they called the driver back to the hotel and made me pay it! Almost missed my flight because i spent an hour arguing the fact i was paying twice. I paid so i could catch my flight now i need to settle it out later. what a pain!!
