Brief vacation on Broadway
Perfect location for Broadway and midtown. Room on 24th floor quiet and well appointed including minifridge. Bed very comfortable Lighting glary and uneven. We did not eat at their $20 buffet breakfast; there is a 24hr cafe and a full service grocery store a block away. Elevators adequate and usually prompt. Front desk staff friendly. Security good.

There was no heat in our room and the shower head was turned upside down. I couldn’t reach the shower head because I am not even 5 feet. No instructions given on who to call. It’s the worst experience ever to pay over $500 a night for suffering!! Stay away from this hotel.
