Perfect Staycation
Staycation in winnipeg to celebrate my birthday with my partner. Hotel was clean/COVID diligent, staff was accommodating and kind. Helped store a cake my girlfriend brought in before i got there to surprise me, flexible with asking for a late check out, and room was spacious/awesome shower/river view. We'll definitely be booking again.

We went for a weekend staycation at Mere Hotel. It smelled clean and fresh when we came in. However, the person who was at the front desk did not ask us any COVID-19 screening questions which made us think that they don't actually screen people who checks in at the hotel. Our room was nice. We loved the modern and spacious bathroom. Our room did not have smart TV and did not have very many option with cable. We liked the bed until we found someone else's charger adapter under our pillow. The location is great as it is close to the Forks. However, you have to pay extra $16/night for the parking.

Challenging review. I was here for a 2 week quarantine. Staff were great. Very helpful with my requests. They had to personally deliver food to me and were great when I had any other requests (refills of coffee pods, extra towels, toiletries, etc...). Unfortunately cannot comment on amenities, but things are clean. Only thing that would've been super helpful for me is if there was some sort of room service for food, but they were great with the Doordash orders. Great location (even though I didn't get to use it).

Beautiful room, spacious, clean and modern. Service from the gentleman at the front desk was excellent. He was kind, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Worth more than what I paid for the room.
