No Reservation or Room
I made a reservation for a suite a month We ended up running behind schedule to get on the road so we called call the night before confirming reservation and explained that we didn’t know what time we would make it, but we would be there. The hotel confirm the reservation and told us to drive carefully. When we were able to get to the hotel to check in, we were told that they didn’t have a reservation in the system, and they were completely full! When I showed the employee our confirmation number, he told us to contact where you got the number They refused to help us in anyway with this issue! I called the hotel several times over the next two days. Each time I was transferred to a different manager and reassured that I would get my call returned. I have now left messages with at least two managers, including voicemails, and still haven’t received a call back.
