Awesome as always
Carly and Rox are always awesome at the front desk. Wanda who is over housekeeping is very helpful and friendly. Her GM was very hands on. You would never know that she owned the place! She was bringing food to people then jumped on a phone to handle a complicated customer.

Clean, comfortable and friendly
Clean, friendly and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. They could have been more descriptive about what was needed for pets. We didn't know they wanted us to hang a sign on the door. Breakfast is not worth the money. No complimentary tea or coffee in lobby was disappointing. Overall good stay.

Surprised
Cleaning was not maintained, rooms okay, very dusty, bathroom could have been better, computer area very dust and untidy, coffee okay, customer service great. Overall was surprised because in the pass very well kept.
