Exceptional
The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or fitness center. Great location. We were able to walk around to local shops. Parking in the garage was $15/day which we were not expecting but the only other parking was parking meters on the street.

Exceptional
Good experience
A very nice hotel located in Omaha's historic Old Market. A great hotel, a good price, and a fantastic location.

Good
Parking was great. Power failure during night lasting 6 hours with no explanation. No problem at restaurant next door! Garbage in hall there for 3 days. Quiet was nice on 10th floor.

Poor
Lack Of Sleep
This was one of the worst stays we have ever had a hotel. And I will never book with a Hyatt again. When we arrived to check in the gentleman at the front desk had very poor communication skills and struggled with explaining anything. The one thing he did explain was how the gates in the parking garage are currently up because of maintenance. After reading other reviews I noticed this has been going on for at least 5 months which is very frustrating because you can tell not just hotel guests are using the garage to park and there is a lack of parking spaces. When we arrived in our room we had no both towels along with no hotel information, ie. menu and info about amenities. When we called down to ask for towels the same front desk guy was very rude over the phone. That night we decided to head down to the lobby to get a late night snack. The pizza was what you could expect for a hotel lobby without a restaurant but the fries were horrible. Once we received them and asked about the quality we were informed that the fryer was down... well why serve them!! Again on our first night stay (out of 3) the tv went out with a hotel wide power outage an hour later. Every other building in Omaha seemed to have power but of course the Hyatt did not. This was not a quick power outage, the power came back on at 4am . Let’s just say the lack of sleep that night was horrible. On our 3rd night, last night, we experienced the fire alarm being pulled by a HOMELESS GUY. My first thought wa
