      Business trip. A really good hotel. Super clean and the room was really nice. The Gym and pool are excellent. Just two small issues, some of the staff on reception not so efficient, like robotic and the charge fo the WIFI in the room... really! but overall will be back. The food is good service good, pool service could do with a review, a bit slow and no one really around to serve.

      Nice and new and situated by the rver. There is a jogging area across the river from the hotel. We enjoyed the view of the mosque and the Roman bridge (which is still in use and in great condition).

      I visited the hotel dor business during pandemi and did not want anybody in my room after I entered the because of the recent virus. How ever the tv was not working. Technician had to come in and fix it. After he left, tv stopped working again and this time I turned it off and had to sleep. Also I have ordered room service and they delivered wrong order, so they had to come in twice as well to the room. Even though I have explained the mistake to the room service personnel, at the checkout they charged me with that wrong order. During such a cautious time, I cannot believe how irresponsible they were and how much stress they put on me during this pandemi.
