Better hotels around with similar prices.
Stayed in the Ibis property first time. Rooms are very small & bathrooms are smaller than any other hotel bathroom that you must have ever seen. I have seen airplane bathroom bigger than ibis bathroom. Very disappointing. I was surprised & sad to see so many airline crew members staying there in such discomfort. Not a value for money as compared to other properties in the same area. Holiday Inn (next door) was definitely a better stay as compared to this. Breakfast is good but the service in the breakfast area is not par the standards. Front staff is professional but the back staff, when you try to email or call, made things way more confusing related to early checkin. I even received response to a query after I already checked-in.

I’m from the US and Holiday Inns are mediocre 3-4 star ratings here. However I was very pleasantly surprised w this Holiday Inn. It was top notch condition, very modern and clean with impeccable service. Every team member there was always willing to help, always greeting guests with pleasantry and a smile. I will always return to this location and highly recommend it!!!
