Rooms are good and comfortable, free parking available. I rented a car so it made it easy to enjoy my trip the location is kinda far from downtown but for me it work out. The only thing I didn't like and was a little upset about was that I requested with 1 month in advance connecting rooms not only that but was giving 1 room in the 5th floor and the other one in the 1st floor not even close to one another that made me unhappy.

Very comfortable, quiet sound proof rooms, excellent value. This hotel is following Covid precautions extremely well. The early morning guest services, Yurri was very professional and helpful.

Convenient, easy check in, right near some of the bigger hotels. Not right on the beach but close. Worth what we paid. Free breakfast too!

Staff gets a little lazy about customer service. They provide slighly incorrect information. They are doing their best, to speak english, so take that into account. That is why they get credit even though the info is not correct... example: if you ask for a laundromat, they direct you to the dry cleaner a block away (they don't offer any laundromat services). You tell them it is incorrect, and they don't seem to care too much. Overall they are good, helpful people, that care about your stay and are trying to help.

The location was excellent for walking to shops, beach, restaraunts ....love the room with the king bed and sitting area. Hotel decor is relaxing and tastefully done. Would like to see more english viewing options on television.

Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel takes Covid precautions seriously. The breakfast was a nice bonus. Parking garage available. The room was comfortable and spacious. I would come back.
