This is a beautiful modern home with well maintained gardens to relax in. The suite is nicely designed with several windows for natural lighting, comfortable furniture and full amenities.

"There are two things that a guest should expect while staying at a B&B: a good bed, and a delicious fresh breakfast." So said my two hosts-Gordon and Todd—and they stood by their promise. I had a most comfortable sleep, and enjoyed a stellar breakfast both mornings. I could not have been happier with my stay at Genelle House.

Best place to stay in Castlegar area, beautiful rooms, wonderful hosts, yummy breakfast and breathtaking gardens. A hidden gem and great hosts Gordon and Todd. Thank you! This was my second stay.

For the same price as the moldy Sandman hotel in Castlegar, you can be hosted by proprietors Todd and Gordon in a comfortable, clean, and hospitable bed and breakfast. Breakfast is incomparable and served at the breakfast table with your hosts. The eggs are from the chickens in the back yard and the jams and jellies are from the garden. The location allows easy acccess to Rossland for skiing.

Great room, great breakfast and great host. B and B was close to where we had to go for a reunion. Drive around was beautiful. It was the perfect place for us, quiet and easy to locate.

Just put anything to get to this place. We had to cancel and the man was very unpleasant. We booked a few days before and you had to book 30 days in advance to get your money back. How many others get caught this way. ?
