Great communication from host. Great for what we needed for the night. Plenty of space for 5 of us. Coffee, tea and milk which was a nice touch. Only problem was it was quiet noisy at night due to the proximity to clubs but with earplugs in it wasn't a problem.

Room was clean we were upgraded to larger apartment (10) before check in so very spacious. Stayed as family for theatre trip after Christmas, the location is very central but next to nightclubs so it was loud! This is clearly aimed at groups for clubbing, you could see some wear and tear to walls and furniture in the apartment.

The check in and out process was very efficient, good communication. The apartment was lovely and central. It was perfect for a getaway with friends. Layout was good but decor needed some touching up. No windows that could be opened so apartment stayed very warm and especially when showers were used as the steam could not escape. Location really good. Need better lighting in bedrooms around the mirros

Close to shops and restaurants and easy check in but not suitable for families. Whole apartment was vibrating with loud music from adjacent club all night, doors slamming in the corridor, drinks split on the floor in communal areas, shouting from both inside and outside the building loud enough to wake everyone until 4am. WiFi intermittent and needed to keep signing up. Room was 4/5 cleanliness, missing drawer handles, dish washer not working. I think if on a stag or hen party then good location and amenities but I will not be returning.

We wanted more equipment in the kitchen, just 5 glass, no wine glass. Need to fill up the kitchen things.The Wi-Fi was bad. Was hardly work in the kitchen/livingroom. Good things was two large bedroom 2 very good bathroom. Clean apartment and nearby everything.
