As compared to other hotel we stay in Penang, the deposit of 12 ringgit normally will refund when we returned the room card after checkout. May be will be good to let the hotel guest know this is non refundable deposit. Thanks Next the hair dryer cables look like going to come out or exposed. Our room number in 523. Please check it out. Thanks

I booked a family room but the a/c was not working ( Room 417). We were ask to shift to standard room where they put in 2 extra bed. It was quite cramp. At least the hotel should have check the room before the guests check in.
