A big letdown.
Location is a bit far from the main old city and port but a fair 30 min walk. Whilst rooms were average, the big let down was breakfast that offered little more than coffee/tea and bread with jam. The excuse was Covid19 despite a our hotels offering and wide select of options.

Will not recommended
Not very good experience. The room was not clean, with air-conditioning but no blanket. We ask for toilet paper which never been delivered. For breakfast we had just a boiled eggs, tomato, cucumber and bread. At the end of our stay the manager of hotel ask as for the tips! We had only two nights in that hotel and could not wait to leave that place!

Hi, We stayed here as we were on business in Antalya and found the Triana met all our needs. The location is within walking distance of the beautiful Old Town and central to other sights of Antalya. The staff I felt became our friends and made our stay an enjoyable one. We would return.

Friendly and responsive personnel. Rooms are good, the breakfast is not bad. The location is far from the city beach, but there is a tram station nearby, from where one can travel to the beach area (~30 minutes). There are parks along the sea coast in both directions from the hotel.

Booked at this hotel and paid for it upfront. I received a confirmation email of my booking. However, when I had arrived at the hotel, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and they had no room for me! What a surprise! They did accept my reservation, they did confirm it, they did take my money and at end they did not have a room for me! The hotel manager sent me to a nearby very bad hotel. I would never come back.
