Very nice stay
It was a nice stayed and staff are very friendly. However, if you are looking for entertainment and enjoy walking then semiyak area is better then Kuna. We enjoyed semiyak area more as Kuna can’t do much here. The Kana hotel is nice

I checked in at 4am, with no issues, my room was clean, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great and when i asked for a late check out because i arrived so late they let me stay till 2pm which was huge in my book at no extra charge, great hotel would recommend to anyone

Friendly staffs and clean hotel, even my husband's allergy to dust doesn't come up. However, I am very disappointed about their policy not to allow their guests to refill their water bottles, but to give away 2 of 600ml plastic bottles per room instead. Do they think their guest only drink 600ml of water a day?  Unlike being at home, where I can buy a gallon of water for my family, as a traveller, I had to buy drink water from shops.  In 2 days, my family of 4 have collected 19 water bottles (2 L of water each person). 19 plastic bottles multiplies by 100 rooms in The Kana hotel for 2 days = ~1000 bottles/day plastic rubbish produced by The Kana guests just because their management doesn't allow their guests to refill their water bottle. No wonder why Kuta beach is flooded with plastic rubbish.  Ironically, The Kana Kuta Hotel put a slogan of "SAVE THE PLANET" hanging on every bathroom's door. If they TRULY BELIEVE in SAVING THE EARTH, then they should provide a water dispenser, instead of giving 2 plastic bottles per room. The Kana Kuta Hotel should consult  Aston Inn International Batu on how they help save the earth by providing water dispensers on every floor.

We stayed for a month , the rooms are nice size , the beds are comfortable air conditioning works well , the pool is very nice and clean , you can order food at the pool or drinks which is nice , the breakfast at the hotel is wonderful, egg station, pancakes station, and a soup station, plus fruit yougurt, you can’t go wrong staying here ,

A real surprise!
It’s position is not the best but a $2 Grab ride will get you anywhere in Kuta. Good standard clean rooms with plenty of room. Rooms without balcony have a large outdoor balcony for all rooms to use. Restaurant has good breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Staff are fabulous. A convience store at beginning of driveway. Shopping centre opposite BIMC hospital only 400mtrs away. There are several restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the entry. Pool is very good with great comfy lounges. This was the first time I was able to read a book in comfort on their lounge's. The small bathrooms are something to get used to. Still a great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle of the Kuta beach area.
