The host at check in was VERY nice! She gave me information on things to do and resturants in the area. She arrange a car service for us, who showed up on time! The room was clean. The hotel is in a residental building (i think) on the 2nd floor. From the outside you can't tell its a hotel. Check in was smooth and easy. The hotel is located in a great proximity to all of the tourist sites!

Excellent location for city centre, lovely rooms and easy going staff who was helpful when needed but left us to do our own thing. The café/bar next door and its staff were really welcoming and friendly.

Truly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect! Literally a stone throw away from the Colosseum and not too far from Termini station. Check in was a breeze and so pleasant. We were given a map and some pointers on where to go. The room was spacious and clean. I was worried about a bathroom scent I saw many others mentioned but there was none! We plan to return to Rome and we’ll definitely stay here again

Well located and nice room. The kitchen allowed us to have breakfast there and save money and time. Overall we are happy, but the shower drain was and after one minute the shower was full of water and smelling bad. We asked them to fix it, but they didn’t despite that they said that it would be done. We read about this on previous reviews and we thought that this was something that wouldn’t happen to us, but it did. After walking several hours through Rome, you need a shower and with this issue it wasn’t pleasant to have it. Without this problem, the stay would be perfect.
