We experienced torrential rain during our stay and the tiled floor was as slippery as wet glass, In fact I slipped and injured my knee. They have a duty of care to put down floor coverings, however did not happen.One day our room had not been serviced at 5.30pm and the A/C was in operable. The management did however relocate us to another room, only after I demanded it.

This hotel needs a renovation. Wallpaper is coming off the walls and room is dirty. We stayed here 4 years ago and it was very nice. Hotel now is quite rundown.
