Great hotel in good location
2nd stay in this hotel. Great location, comfortable rooms. Good continental breakfast and free hot drinks machine (delicious hot chocolate) Nice bar to relax in after enjoying Edinburgh. Friendly staff. Would stay again

Short break Fab also great area .
Fabulous, staff were excellent made us very welcome .Room was clean and cosy .Breakfast was plentiful and the staff made sure that tables were clean and the breakfast was never short of whatever was required . I am looking forward to returning in January 2020 .

Comfortable, quiet room with good shower. Small but adequate for a couple of nights, and very comfortable bed. For longer stays some drawer space would be useful, maybe within a bedside table. Friendly and helpful staff and an excellent buffet breakfast.
