Great hotel with reasonable price
We really like this chain hotel ever since we lived in ONE Playa Del Carmen during our Cancun trip last year. So when we planned Mexico City and surrounding area this year, we all booked ONE hotels wherever we can find one. It never disappoints. For seven consecutive days, we stayed three nights in Mexico City, one night in Queretaro, one night in Silao, one night in Guadalajara, and two nights in Puerto Vallarta. We like them all. Delicious free breakfast. Very comfortable and clean, with very reasonable price. Please note, ONE hotel in Guadalajara has free on site parking, not pay parking like hotels.com states on its website. It has contracted a parking garage next door for you to park for free, if its ground floor parking lot is full. We will definitely choose ONE chain hotel when we visit Mexico again!

We only stayed one night to watch the Chivas game. It’s very close to the stadium and that was convenient. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was on point had a variety of foods. I would definitely stay again.
