    Motel 6 barley left the lights on !!!! Horrible !!
    My 4 day stay was horrible. Housekeeping never came not once. I had to go out and buy my own toilet paper and towels. I would ask the front desk for new towels and they told me no that I had to wait till housekeeping came in. I would call down to the office during housekeeping hours and all they would say is your on the list but no one ever came. My second issue was the toilet was broke and wouldn't flush. I went to the office and told them of this problem the first night and I was handed a plunger.. the second day I called the office to tell them the toilet was still not working and they told me to wait for maintenance that never came. So my 4 day weekend I spent half the time working on getting the toilet to flush and running to the store to get items they should have been giving me.. My third issue was the attitudes of the staff. I didn't come across one hotel staff that didn't have an attitude. I almost felt like I wasn't wanted , surely not like the guest I was.. like I was an inconvenience.. I'm going to corporate for sure. This was the most horrible hotel experience I've had. I'm too mad

    When I go to the room #115 I find that it wasn't even turned over. There was no sheets on the beds pillows and everything was on the floor. I go back to the office explain all this to the gentleman at the desk he then assigns me room 130. I go to the room open the door to let my family in and lo and behold I find a young lady eating potato chips on top of one of the beds. She looks at me and asked me what the heck I'm doing in her room. Needless to say my heart stopped. I returned to the office, explained all this to the gentleman at the desk and he tells me that the young lady is a squatter that checked out of the room earlier that morning. He then assigns me room 127. When we open the door we are greeted with the stench of cigarettes. The smell is everywhere it's in the pillow in the sheets in the beds everywhere it's in the heat that's coming out of the heater. I have smelled ashtrays that smelled cleaner than this room. I asked my family to calm down have a seat and give me a few minutes to think about all this. I was also traveling with one of my pets a 50 lb red heeler. Whatever was the stench coming out of those pillows was starting to affect me and my children. I respectfully go back over to the young man at the counter I hand them back the three keys he gives me and I told him that I cannot stay there and I will be checking out immediately. The young man doesn't even try and make any excuses, he looks at me he says okay thank you. Please stay far far away fr here!!

    staff was great very accomadating short handed though. Linen not changed or fresh towels if staying more than one day.. I understand no linen change for a day or two but no replenishing of anything.. no microwave, fridge or coffee maker..

    Was there a week, didn’t get turn down service once and anytime we needed anything it was call front desk to let them know what was needed, put in bag after locating house keeping to get bag, place outside of room and eventually a bag would be hanging from door knob. Checking in was a joke. Card was charged but informed that it wouldn’t go through, went to bank to get cash and discovered amount was gone.

    Front desk customer services was horrible. We just booked a room through hotel.com we used a free room and the folks there was having a hard time honoring the booking asking us how we paid for it. One said they dont give out free rooms but i advise that yes you do and show the receipt it was from hotel.com when they finally honor it they gave us a handycape room with a small bed not what I requested. I had a long day and didn't want to fight with the front desk.

    There was a computer glitch at 1 am when checking in. The clerk was trying to work it out with Expedia and just sent us to the room to sleep while they fixed the glitch. Were not sure how it got fixed but want to thank the night clerk for not making the kids wait in the car during the issue. Thank You Night Clerk!
