10 stars for everything
I don't leave reviews unless I am extremely satisfied or dissatisfied with something. TS Suites not only exceeded my expectations, they went like 10 levels above that. I'll sum it up by saying, whatever service expectations you think you want or expect, this place will bend over backwards to exceed all of them by a factor of 10! The concierge booked the best private driver for a few days of custom waterfall, surfing and scuba adventures along with other recommendations of things to do and not do. The front desk has a 24 hour a day whatsapp number you can ask for anything like breakfast to go, drive times in traffic, fast boat bookings to Gili etc (think of them as Siri or Alexa for anything Bali). The entire staff was always genuinely happy and smiling at all hours of the day and night. I have one suggestion - stock the rooms with refillable glass water bottles instead of plastic. Thanks for the topshelf service.....see you again next time!
