We had a good stay, room very comfortable, excellent breakfast. Our only criticism was that a fire alarm went off at 7am Friday, ut was dealt with fairly quickly and was nothing major, but lots of people didn't come out of their rooms ( they were watching us outside through their room windows) and lits of people that did come out stopped to get dressed and brought all their bags etc with them! Surely there were fire wardens who should have got everyone out and quicker than that?

Great Hotel But Slightly Out On A Limb
We booked this hotel for a 3 night sightseeing break. We have no complaints with the hotel it had everything we needed in the room including safe, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and drink making facilities. The room was clean with a comfy bed and had good air conditioning. There is a decent sized Tesco Express opposite the hotel which we found really useful. Please bear in mind that this hotel is slightly out on a limb with regard to the underground. Imperial Wharf tube station is literally around the corner but this is the only tube station close by and the trains do not come every few minutes. It can be 20 to 30 minutes between trains. This is the only negative for this hotel. However having said that we would definitely use this hotel again.
