Very average
Overpriced breakfast buffet - £42 a head without service charge and they’re serving Hovis bread and juices from concentrate. I’d expect more from a buffet of that price. Room was nice, but didn’t feel very luxurious apart from the view. Just looked like a standard 3* hotel room. Staff were lovely and attentive, but this hotel is not worth the price you pay. I’ve stayed in other 5* hotels that are faaaar nice.

No place to eat between 11AM and 12PM. Require hotel guests to join the que for restaurant open to public with no concern guests have no place to eat. Stayed New Year 2021 and thought we would give it a second chance. Not worth the effort or price as The Savoy knows how to treat all guests.
