We arrived in a snowstorm and thought the Inn was closed because the sidewalk and entrance had not been shoveled. We had to drag our suitcases over a snow bank just to get to the entrance. Once we got in we had an enjoyable stay.

Good location in tourist area. Poor decoration and cluttered furniture. Noisy fridge in room.

Loved staying here. Location was excellent - walkable to everything. Reasonable parking a few blocks away. Large, comfortable bedroom with lovely antique furnishings. Breakfast included a nice variety of cereals, toast, jams, yoghurt and a delicious homemade coffee cake each day. Stairs are narrow and kind of steep and rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors so don’t bring a big suitcase! Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to QC!

A quaint charming hotel with large rooms and comfortable furnishings. There is no elevator and with only three rooms on each floor, odds are you will have to carry your luggage up several flights of very narrow stairs. Linens are clean, but towels, etc. are very old and thin. Rooms are not cleaned daily (which may be the tradition in Quebec). Continental breakfast is modestly nice and varied but set in a very small and crowded room. Hotel owner is extremely nice, very helpful and highly responsive to any need.

The location was wonderful, we could walk to everything. Old Quebec city is full of shops, restaurants, and history.

Our hostess was amazing and welcoming, The breakfast was first rate typical European-style breakfast and the location was great. I would caution those with physical challenges to look carefully. There is no elevator and it may be difficult going up and down the narrow, winding stairs.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with great service provided. Stairs up to room could be difficult with suitcases if you were not particularly able bodied. The major problem we encountered was completely outside the control of the hotel. The hotel has no parking facilities at the hotel or in the road outside. It is recommended to use public car parks, which there are two located nearby. This worked well for us on the first two days of our stay which was a weekend. However, on the third day we took our car out during the day and arrived to park back about 2 pm. We then found both car parks closed due to being full with presumably business people parking being a working day. This remained the case until some hour or so later, which meant we were driving around waiting to get parked, or look for somewhere else at some distance.
