This IS the best hotel you will ever stay at!
All I have to say is WOW! This is by far and away one of the absolute BEST hotel stays I have ever had! First, the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The decor is stunningly perfected and so incredibly creative. The cleanliness of the hotel is so on point its mind-blowing. Not a scratch, a dent, a stain... NOTHING takes away from its esthetic. That's the other thing... it smells like you are stepping into a spa. The scent of the hotel is so delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful and I would like to be any of their friends! Room service is was on point, quick and yummy! Also, the coffee drinks at the hotel are sooooo good and come to you looking so beautiful you can't help but want to take a pic for the gram. I'm so picky and grossed out when it comes to hotels but I can tell you with certainty... this place is without a doubt THE BEST! I now only want to stay at Firmdale hotels!!!!

This hotel, staff, location, food and service has to bed one off the best in London. Chilled and yet super efficient we loved its quirky charm. The interiors are to dye for! Expensive but worth every penny. The best experience for my husbands birthday which they made very special.

A great hotel. The location could not be better, close to theaters, museums, good restaurants, etc. very nice staff, eager to please. Sumptuous breakfast menu. Two glitches during our stay: although I already paid thru Expedia I was charged full price again at arrival. There was a persistent fire alarm at 8 am Sunday morning.
