Hotel tem classificação equivocada pois não merece nota acima de 7. Estava com quartos cheirando a mofo, lençóis rasgados, toalhas com cheiro ruim, água do chuveiro sem aquecer e a piscina é completamente diferente do que parece ser na foto. Absolutamente não recomendo!

My short stay in brasil
I stayed in the same hotel my room was not as good like the first visit but it was ok the must I like about the hotel is how friendly the stuff is particularly the restaurant and the housekeepers they are always smailing and ready to do anything to make sure you are satisfied the housekeeper I really appreciated they fold my clouts I left the room in such a mess I told her I was rushing out the I was sorry for the mess when I came back she when the extra mile to make sure I was so over the moon I really hope she got the tip I left for her on reception .

Skyler Nord does not meet styandards
Staff is not efficient as a team. Breakfast is boring and lacks variety. (OJ is extra) Staff is not adequately trained. Gests are not heir first priority. Manager does not seem to care. Hotel needs to hire more staff.

Localização muito boa, no miolo do Cabo Branco. Quarto bom, banheiro e chuveiro bons, ar condicionado em perfeito estado. Não me ofereceram as vantagens de acomodação VIP na chegada mas pedi o check out tardio que tínhamos direito e nossa saída foi as 14:00. Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã gostoso sem uma variedade grande de opções, porém muito saboroso.

Hotel bom. Condições dentro do que esperava. Cama confortável, enxoval limpo e conservado, quarto espaçoso, tudo OK. A cortina, por não encostar na parede, deixa passar claridade, mas eu resolvi, colocando uma cadeira para prender na parede. Café da manha bom, funcionário atenciosos. A piscina não é bem do tamanho que parece nas fotos. Na cobertura tem um solário, com mesas e cadeiras, bastante convidativo para contemplar o mar de Cabo branco no final da tarde. Para o proprietário: o secador do meu quarto (309) estava queimado. O recipiente para xampu foi um diferencial. Só precisa trocar o recipiente para sabonete líquido, estava emperrando.

O fato da garagem ser paga, no valor de R$ 15,00 por diária achei um absurdo. O papel higiênico usado no banheiro era de baixíssima qualidade. O café da manhã tinha lista de espera para ingressar no restaurante. Apesar do resto não ter o que reclamar, não voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Localização perfeita, os quartos são amplos e dentro das normas de higienização para o covid. O café da manhã bem servido com várias opções no cardápio. Porém, os apartamentos dos térreos são bem barulhentos..próximo tem uma sala de jogos que não existe noção para começar a jogar e nem para fazerem silêncio por ter quartos tão próximo.
