Do not stay here
Rude staff. I wrote down (due to language difficulty) a request, not a demand. I was told “no”...which was ok with me. But then the staff said “did you expect us to do this?” As I was talking, the woman behind the counter (Jose Paulo) looked away from me the entire time. I replied no. At this point, she ripped up the note right in front of me and threw it in the trash can. Poor accommodations: Extremely thin towels, no plug in bathtub (asked for one; they refused to give us one - telling us they had removed the plugs from every room), very low water pressure on third floor so that you could barely take a shower, loud street noise so that we had to close windows.

I was very disapointed to know that there´s not a lifter in this hotel. You must put this information very clear on the site, once it´s informed only at the last page.

The only real issue was that my room was to the street and very noisy. If you get a room away from the street this is probably a good place to stay. its a no fuzz place without elevator. Small but clean rooms with OK beds and small but clean bathrooms. Breakfast you can have down the street in so coffee places. Is bit a walk to the center but doable. And there are buses and Metro close by. If you are just looking for a bed to crash and have shower and do to mind the car noise from the street this is a good place. As said, getting a room away from the street might fix the biggest issue here.

Does the job
The hotel was quite central to areas we visited. Would recommend, however there are lots of stairs so not that great if you are less mobile

Close to airport
This small hotel was adequate for the money. Nicely decorated and very clean. The only drawback for us was the number of stairs to get to the reception and then the room on the third floor. So, I would say, beware to those who are older and have heavy suitcases.
