Our stay at Hotel Relief was great! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were cleaned and the toiletries were replenished daily. The hotel’s location was very convenient as well.

Clean and cozy room. The shower was small but sufficient for us since we aren’t that tall. Also the hot spa was a great addition that we enjoyed thoroughly. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes away from Namba station and had a few convenience stores located nearby.

Great stay!!!
The hotel location is convenient with c-store in the ground floor. It is 5 min walk to subway station and 12 min walk to Namba station. Very friendly staff, they communicate effectively and they always have what you usually need.

Th hotel is bigger than the normal hotel in Japan. It is about 4 mins walk from Daikokucho station. The hotel staff are friend and speak decent english. The toilet is separated from the shower room. Definitely will recommend to thers to stay if they want a quiet neighborhood and yet not too far from the main attraction
