They said there is a $50 pet deposit but when I went to get it back Man dog sleeps in a kennel I was told it’s a NON REFUNDABLE deposit So I ask was it a pet fee? No sir it’s a deposit Ok give it back OH NO WE CANT so ITS A DAMM FEE would be great to know ahead of time . Will never stay there again

I haven’t stayed there in years. It was good then. However, when I got there at 10 p.m. to check in, everything went fine but when I got to the room, I went in to put my bags down, the room was messy. Beds not made and trash siting on table. It wasn’t discussing, it just hadn’t been cleaned from the last person that stayed there. I got my things and went back to desk. Had to wait for attendant because he was handling another problem. When he arrived he quickly up graded my room and was very nice. My next room was ok but the floors In The public areas (elevator and halls) needed mopping bad. Next morning, elevators were out. I will not be staying there again.

The hotel was dirty. Elevator was dirty. No clerk at the front desk. Bathroom was dirty. Breakfast food was very good and area was clean. TV remote in workout room was broken and there were no wipes to clean machines before or after use.

Nice stay
Our room was nice with a good bed and nice linens. The room was a little tired. There was a nice hot breakfast every morning with a good selection of choices. Because of Covid, rooms weren’t cleaned daily but it was easy to get fresh towels. The outside of the hotel seemed to be undergoing some renovations, but parking was ample. Overall a good stay.

We went to Starkville to visit our son who attends MSU. The hotel was in a wonderful location, clean, and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast served was hot and delicious! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Loved Starkville
We loved this hotel. It was close to Mississippi State where I was visiting my daughter & it was right in town close to everything. The staff was extra friendly & polite. I would def stay there again. I enjoyed it very much. Oh & the breakfast buffet was the best I have had compared to any of the other hotels we have been at especially during this COVID time.

I didnt like how loud the bathroom toilet was when you flushed it. The smoke detector was hanging from the wall outlet.The TV volume wouldnt go up on the TV & sometimes it wouldnt come on at all. The curtains wouldn't close correctly because the Velcrow was torn. The room was clean & the cleaning/breakfast staff was very nice & accomadating.
