Perfect place for a couples getaway

Lovely weekend getaway in Camden Maine. The Inn was very close to everything. It was a quiet, private inn. Didn't really see any others when we were there, which we liked. Nice to have a Keurig, water and ice machine outside our room. Easy parking and helpful instructions for late check-in.

The perfect location in downtown Camden, walkable to everything. Parking was a breeze, which was a relief on a busy summer weekend. Our room was very clean, which is the most important thing for me when it comes to a hotel stay. The bed was also very comfortable! The inn itself is in need of some minor repairs and upkeep. The coffee station was frequently left unstocked, white towels were dingy and the recycling bin wasn’t emptied for days. These are just ittle things that we noticed. Overall a darling little inn and we would stay here again.

In the heart of town

The Inn was well located and easily accessible to town. We were disappointed that we had great difficulty with the television and the wi-fi signal did not reach our room upstairs. If you are making a reservation and cannot climb a lot of stairs, be sure to ask if they have a lower room. We were quite surprised that there was no elevator. It's a long haul up a bunch of steps with your bags. Beyond that it's a nice place. Very clean and quiet.

I booked this property 5 months ago. I booked the first floor accessible room. They moved us to second floor. Did not tell us ahead of time we would be on second floor. No shower only. Very low toliet with bars. Dirty used glasses in room. Person was only on duty 7 am to 7 pm. We were only person in bldg first night. Sec night fire alarm went off. We were never checked on. Fire dept never came. After 20 it was turned off but later came on. Am used to Inns having water out, cookies, coffee. Nope. Had a Keuring in office. Very disappointed for the price

First impression was bad. Unkept entry with dead flowers and dirty front windows. Reception desk was confusing location.. like walking into an office. Stayed mid Sept I guess they think season is over. Could be better with effort.
