I will die here
Not good—the shower was not clean, there were cracked floor tiles and an overall look of despair. I feel very sorry for any university student that has to live here during their studies. My initial reaction was this is where I get murdered.

Overall a good value.
This is a simple place to stay. When i travel, for this case, i just wanted a bed and bathroom. This meets my criteria. My stay was fine. The rating i left was based on a few things. The bed was not the most stable. Pleanty of wall outlets for power. The rooms are not soundproof. You hear allot of other guests. Had pleanty of hot water fir shower. Overall for the price it is a good value for me.
