A city view room was booked but we ended up with a nice internal view of a wall out the window. Room was like a premier inn at most; very small- reception unsmiling and pointed out we were having a “complimentary early check in” at 1330 - check in time was 1400! MWould not recommend.
Staffs are friendly and accommodating.
so far so good..
Aqueen Jamal Besar is on the outskirts of Little India and is a good location. Buggis St market is close for take home shopping and an MRT station is nearby too. Have cash for ticket machines and no bigger than 5 dollar note accepted. At the hotel our room was smallish and clean but nothing special. Ok however for Singapore hotel prices and good location.
One is the worst hotels I've stayed. Super tiny, 2 twins bed actually can't separate. You have about 10cm gap in between. We could hear everyone's talking outside. Kettle is broken and staff refused to give us another one. Worst stay anyway.
The room that is given to us is Super extremely small and our room is directly beside the lift. So we can actually hear the loud conversation in the middle of the night. I Guess we are just unlucky to get that kind of room and the toilet is really really small for a tall guy like me
It was a short small family getaway to visit my sister living Fahrer Park.. the hotel is conveniently located in a place with easy access to MRT and Food.
I had a pleasant stay and will definitely recommend this to my friends
Although at first I thought the area was a bit run-down, it is actually very convenient. There are lots of little restaurants around and there are three MRT stations very close by! This makes the hotel a good choice. The hotel room is very modern and clean, even though it was a bit small for my liking. The staff were friendly, too: they did not enter my room when the do not disturb sign was on and when I accidentally left it on, they came to my room in the evening and helped to clean the room when I called.
