The first night l had the couple next door yelling at each other...the door connecting the rooms didn't seal out any sound The sheer curtains had mould all along the bottom of them, the sheets didn't even reach the bottom of the mattress and you could see blood stain on the mattress protector. There were holes in the sheet. The towels were treat bare, on one day cleaning staff left me with ONE towel only, no hand towel etc. There was human hair all over the floor, which l understood the day l saw one of the cleaning staff cleaning the floor. They were spraying a dirty old mop with something from a bottle...no mop bucket to clean the mop with. One staff member was very helpful when l was trying to contact the airline. Then the kicker was on check out l had to pay 500baht ($24AUD) for a maybe $1 mug that fell on the tiles and smashed. Would not go back or recommend to anyone

It was a very pleasant stay. I love the pool by the rooftop and it's located in the heart of Patong which I really adore!

Excellent choice in patong !
Perfect location in patong. 5 min walk to good massage joints, bike rental shop, convenience shops, pharmacies, eateries, street food, big mall and bangla boxing stadium. 10 min walk to bangla walking street and patong beach. Near to the action but not seedy, quiet and peaceful enough. Ample parking space. Staff service generally good. Breakfast quality was acceptable given the room rate but lacks variety. Rooftop Swimming pool offers nice view but a tad small and narrow. Pool should operate from 7 am to 9 pm instead of 8 am to 8 pm. Entry level Room size was spacious, generally clean and comfortable. Water drainage in shower area was too slow and led to brief minor flooding. TV a tad too small. Allow 10 to 15 mins for checkout due to room check requirement. Overall, a great hotel deal at the price i paid.

Unfortunate encounter!
My 2 nd. stay at the B W Hotel. I was unfortunate as there was a large booking from a 3 rd world country who occupied I believe 50 rooms. The Guest was everywhere in the Hotel and very noisy. Other then that it was a Great stay and I will not hesitate to return to this hotel.
