The room shown on internet and room provided was disappointing. The customer service at the sister hotel was fantastic, the issue was sorted by the reception at Grand and was offered a Room there. Staff from the venue are fantastic and extremely hey with a Fijian smile. Even the rental was sorted. Because of the Loving and caring staff I will stay I will stay at Grand not at Friendly North
