A nice choice for visiting BU. Nothing fancy but clean quiet rooms within a couple of miles of campus.

breakfast is very poor, some cereal boxes, old dry brownies, 1 yogurt in the fridge, the guy toast 1 bagel for us and brought back the croissants to the kitchen, no bread. I choose this place for the breakfast included but I regret, the breakfast is not even the normal continental offer in other aces.

Hotel was very clean and has been recently updated (new flooring in our room, new vanity in bathroom). Owners show pride of ownership. Very pleasant stay and will stay here again.

Visited to see a sporting event at Bishops. Wanted to stay close to university. For the price, you get what you pay for. Very convenient with proximity to university and local pub. Walking distance.

Located beside a wonderful trail, great for walking our dog which they welcome in the motel! Nice clean place with a warm and welcoming woman at the front desk. Only downside and it is a small one is the small shower and chipped bathroom tile.

Midway point stop
We needed a Hotel for on night on our way home. Did not want to pay much for hours of sleep. This worked just fine. It has an old feel to it. The washroom needs to be renovated but did the job. It was clean.

Not as pictured in photos. Very small, broken sink stopper with no top. Breakfast was a joke so we all skipped it. Needs to be upgraded. When flushing toilet you need to keep your hand on the handle until it completely flushes. Doors have thick dust on them.
