Horrible stay, horrible service
This hotel does not care about their guests' happiness. I mistakenly over paid for my stay and the hotel refused to refund me back my money. They were very unreasonable & inkind about it. I only stayed 4 nights & mistakenly paid for 5. They refused to refund me. Idk where you pay for services you never receive. Next issue: the elevator didn't work for 3 days & I had to climb up the steps to the 6th floor each time i wanted to leave the hotel throughout those 3 days. The rooms had water stains in the toilet & sink bowl. The water had a slight yellow tint so that was gross, especially when you think about brushing my teeth with it. Finally, I paid for breakfast & they tried to bill me additionally for it. Very horrible experience here at PrideInn Azure. I do not recommend.
