The bed was not properly made and was uncomfortable, there was constant loud noise issues throughout the night. On the positive side, hotel is located in a prime area close to many points of interest.

Pool was closed and I wasn’t informed before booking, no free parking, and breakfast was cheap and nasty, no microwave on room or anything to heat up food...

    Don’t waste your money

My bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The shower had mold stains. I paid extra for a high floor view and looked out into a parking lot, and to top things off..... breakfast was either a boiled egg or cereal. This place sucks. CHEAP hotel trying to act like something better.

The pool was closed but when I booked the room well in advance it wasn't listed as closed. The 24 hour food service wasn't available and the breakfast was very limited.

    Too hot for comfort

Only issue but it was a big one was the temperature of the room. It was 77 when we got there and turned on the cool settings however temperature did not get any cooler and actually rose to 80 before we gave up on it. I did not call and see if it could be fixed since it was already pretty late at night, but made for a rough night with the heat and a fussy baby. Everyone was very friendly though and no issues with the people or parking.

    Not the right room

I booked a room with 2 queen beds for my husband, me, and our 3 children. Upon arrival, after spending all evening at the aquarium, we were told there were only king rooms left, and that was our problem because we booked from a 3rd party site. With it being late and having tired, hungry kids, we made it work with the sofa bed. Needless to say we were all buttered in together. However, the front desk (Janae) and the valet were very kind and helpful and comped the $30/night valet parking. The gave us some menus for local pizzas places that delivered quickly so we could put the kiddos to bed. The experience could have been horrible but it worked out in the end.

Nice Hotel with a couple of issues

While our stay was basically comfortable, we experienced a couple of issues that concerned us. One evening we walked out of our room and there was a very STRONG mariuana odor (skunk weed to be exact) It was so strong that it made both of us a bit dizzy. We did report this to the front desk, but the only answer we got was "they didn't smell anything". Second issue was the tray with the coffee/tea - there was a chewed piece of gum stuck to the back of one of the packs of tea. I took this pack to the front desk and showed it to the clerk and mentioned if they were concerned with COVID or not - that this was not a good thing. Again I was dismissed with an apology and "do you want another tea?" I will say that one of your night clerks was one of the friendliest clerks I've ever encountered, as was your Valet guy.
