Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities to the food. The view of Mt Fuji from our room was extraordinary. We are a short walk from Fuji-Q Highlands AND we got early entry as hotel guests, so getting on Eejanaika before a line formed was perfect. The onsen is nice (but crowded) and free for hotel guests. The free breakfast buffet was amazing too. The highway bus to Tokyo will pick us up at the hotel, so transportation is super convenient as well.

Amazing view of Mt. Fuji. Room was clean. Onsen was clean and with many great baths. All staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied – Japanese, Western, as well as many other types. It’s a bit out of the way and not in neither Fujikawaguchiko nor Fujiyoshida. We took the bus directly to the door of the hotel from Tokyo (which was great when arriving late!) – but we had already planned to rent a car to get around, so we knew the location wasn’t going to be a problem for us.

Had stayed this hotel during my two visited to My Fuji. Friendly staff and clean room. The room with the view of Mt Fuji was magnificent. The room is big enough to sleep 3 people. Varieties of food to choose for breakfast that comes with a view of Mt Fuji as you enjoyed your meal. Free shutter bus to Kawaguchiko which made our trips easier. Onsen was great but had to walk quite a distance. Will recommend this hotel.
