I have very mixed feelings about this stay. Hotel is in great location near Darcy park in Dijon and walking distance to everything. Checkin was easy (was traveling with other family members). My room was on top floor and the architectural and design elements highlighted the quirkiness of the place. The room felt a bit tight because of the roof and hanging tv from the side wall. I kept having to duck to avoid banging my head. After a good night’s sleep but after waking up and pulling out the covers I realized my sheets had a smear of blood on them... I requested they be changed and to move to a new room. The staff was very accommodating and the new room was fantastic compared to the first one so I would recommend sticking to floors 1-4. The second morning I woke up covered in insect bites all over my upper body. Turns out a spider had made a meal of me during my sleep. I went back to the front desk and showed them my face and arms and asked that they take a look and kill whatever did that to me. They were apologetic and took care of it The third night was uneventful. I guess housekeeping is the hotel’s achillees heel. Better inspection of the sheets and rooms would have prevented both events and left me unscarred from the spider bites. The other two rooms that my family had didn’t have these issues so I was unlucky. The spa was a bit crowded but the fitness center was great with three brand new machines. The bar is fantastic with creative cocktails and friendly bartender.

Beautiful hotel, nice spa facilities and great location. Check-in was a bit strange because we were early and rooms aren't free until 3 pm (which is fine and clearly signposted on Expedia) but the result is we weren't given a welcome refreshment, weren't reminded about city tax until checkout and weren't told about things like when the spa was open upon arrival. Not a huge deal but did make the process feel very impersonal. Overall enjoyed the stay and it's a great experience.

Only major disappointment was the advertisement that they had a pool. It’s more of a large hot tub. You cannot swim in their “pool”. They should have made that clear. Also parking leaves a lot to be desired. If you try to park after midnight, the gate is closed and no one opens it for you. You’re left to circle the streets to look for public parking in the middle of the night.

Good safe location
As you would expect from a chain hotel. All good no eve food but the town is less than 5mins and loads of options there. Private parking but additional charge and tight - no range rovers :(x
